LoA Application Overview
If you wish to participate in joint submission for any of the substances covered in this website, you will be requested to file an application for a so-called Letter of Access ('LoA') per substance or substance group as specified for the specific Consortium / SIEF in the relevant section of this website.
Purchase of a LoA will involve the following steps:
- submission of the completed online application form (which will be acknowledged by email)
- payment of the prepayment notice that will be emailed by Fieldfisher (Belgium) LLP in PDF format
- on receipt of payment in full, Fieldfisher (Belgium) LLP will issue a confirmation that prepayment has been received, and Fieldfisher (Belgium) LLP will issue the joint submission token of the ECHA REACH-IT system that is valid for 4 weeks. (Formal invoices will be issued later pursuant to the terms of the respective SIEF agreement. For applicable SIEF terms, please refer to the SIEF agreements issued by the respective Lead Registrant.)
- Thereafter, you may join the Joint Submission via the ECHA REACH-IT system with the token provided - see Guidance on joining the Joint Submission
- Potential registrants have to submit their individual parts (Article 10 (a) (i), (ii), (iii) and (x)) of the IUCLID 5 registration dossiers separately to ECHA by the relevant deadline.
